📦 SHIPPING POLICY — Infin8 Mercantile
Thank you for shopping at Infin8 Mercantile, where every item is designed by the seller and crafted especially for you. Below is our full shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
✨ Production & Fulfillment
We partner with Printify’s global print-provider network to produce and ship your order.
Each item is made-to-order, which allows us to offer a wide variety of products and keep waste low.
Production Time:
Most items take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.
During holidays or peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped directly from the print provider closest to your location.
Estimated Delivery Windows (after production):

United States: 3–8 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

EU: 5–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Shipping times vary based on the destination country, carrier, and customs.
📦 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are set based on Printer provider rates for each product and region.
📮 Tracking Information
Whenever available, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.
Some international orders may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.
🌍 International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by the destination country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery or the estimated delivery window.

Include your order number and photos if applicable.
We will coordinate with our Printify partner to replace or refund defective or lost items.
❗ Address Errors or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, we can reship it, but reshipping fees may apply.
